Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got lucky getting a room on 1 st floor so only had to walk up one flight of stairs. Room was small but clean. Small balcony but happy to have been able to open the window and get some air. Room also had air conditioning which was needed on somen hot days. Bathroom seemed new, clean and very efficient. Front desk arranged car service to airport. Great service. Beautiful car with soothing music. Great experience. Highly recommend. Great places to eat nearby. Loved Paris!

All the people at the reception, and the breakfast area were very well behaved, and went out of their way to assist us. We did a last minute booking, and they offered to move us to a better room the next day, as that was the last available room. The location was really great, next to Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

Comfy bed, great suite on 5th floor for family of 4, very quiet despite proximity to l’Arc de Triomphe.
